Refund and Cancellation Policy – Odisha Vehicle Report

We may provide refund for advance payments for services which could not be completed due to some unforeseen circumstances. But, no refund is possible once the service has started or delivered and the final payment has been made.

Refund Policy

To complete your refund for advance payment, user must send an email to “odishaMinerals.co.in@gmail.com” with details of cancellation reason, and user-account details used during Singing-Up in the website.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
If the user cancels the service before it could be fulfilled, we may deduct a percentage of amount or fixed amount as charges before returning the advance payment made towards that service.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy is very simple and customer-centric.

If the subscription is cancelled by client after using the service or after the service start date, then refund is not possible.
If the subscription is cancelled by client before the service start date( without availing the service in any form or without activation of subscription), then client can claim the refund.
Client must send email to “odishaMinerals.co.in@gmail.com” informing about the subscription cancellation reason, Bank Account or UPI details where refund amount will be transferred and clearly mentioning user-account details used during Signing-Up in the website. The subscription amount minus taxes or other charges will be refunded to client. Refund amount will be processed within 45 working days, after checking all details, from the date of mail received.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
We may make changes in the policy without prior notification. Please read the policy regularly.
